There are extra media features installed to allow us to embed images, videos and sound into planning sheets and other wiki pages. Please ask for training if you'd like to try them, or play around in the Playground.

So that you can be up-to-date with what changes have been made, don't forget the button at top right: "Recent Changes". That throws up a list of documents and you can see who has edited them last (if the user was logged in when they made their changes). Just click on them to carry on where someone else has left off.

To take a look around, click the Index button at the bottom right. Here are some shortcuts for you:
